Coming in as the fourth most popular soup from last year’s #31Days31soups is the luscious and silky Burmese Breakfast Soup. Yes, a soup is unusual for US citizens to fathom. Just as we start our mornings with cereal or eggs and bacon, others start their day with a warming bowl of soup. Vietnamese Phở comes to mind.
This weekend, instead of scrambling up some eggs or flipping some pancakes, make a bowl of this filling delight.
I never did try this one.
