That's Nigella's name for it, Jolene! Actually, it's what she and her team called it when the cameras weren't rolling. I think for the TV show it was called something like "Mount Pomegranate" or some such.

I adore Nigella. How can one not? Why do I have none of her books? Perfect choice for today. It's like an ambrosia salad but way better. I actually whacked pomegranate into my salad last night.

Wonderful! They are so abundant right now, it's almost imperative to find ways to use them in every meal.

Hmmm. Maybe consider Nigellissima. It her Italian spin on everything.

So good. They are not cheap, though. Damn, I remember being able to get a couple or three for a buck. Now? I'm lucky if I can find them at $2 a pop!
