This sounds divine! And trouble (as in, don't make it unless you have enough people to ensure you don't end up with too much left over ;-) )

So... how can YOU possibly eat it? Does a gluten-free flour work for this one? I ask, because I am going to a friend's house this Saturday and one of the guests is gluten-intolerant and her husband is celiac...
