Oh hell... I am done with the having the same thing for days on end. I'm about ready to start clucking with all the chicken leftovers I've been eating for the past week! Never again. Next time I freeze portions... Ugh.
That's a great idea. I don't have enough freezer space to freeze extra portions. It's either eat them or give them away. Luckily, my neighbors like to eat soup.
I know it. I make variations of this on the regular and as I have decided it's soup time, here we go! There are so many of your soups that I loved making (and more I want to make).
You have always been aware of the challenges many folks have with food scarcity. I really appreciate that awareness you bring to your craft.
What are you doing with all these soups you make, btw? Freezing them? I imagine your freezer is full!!
Thank you
Well, mystery solved. I just read the other comments LOL
HA! Very happy neighbors...Well, at least most of them.
Ribolitta is the ultimate empty-the-fridge soup! Mmmm... Perfect for a snowy day like today...
Comes together pretty quick too. You could have lunch all week, if you make enough.

A small freezer chest might be an idea ;-)
Renter, so no space. Otherwise, that would work.
My mother is a renter and found space but I totally get it :)
You know... I have everything I need to make this. Gonna make it this weekend :)
It will be delicious. Make it yours, Dale!

If I recall, the top ones from last year, you actually made.
I made quite a few of them! Even blogged some ;-)
It all comes back to me. I "blame" you for their success. :D
