Oh yum; I love cardamom!

I think I might have some cod loin in my freezer - nice and thick and perfect for this recipe. Keep ya posted (I could be wrong, in which case, I will just get more!)

Hope you do, Dale! Cod is my least favorite fish, but it's the cheapest. Using this marinade makes it edible for me.

I don't mind it, but it needs something like this :) I much prefer walleye. (I will buy that which is wild and the options are limited.) I used to love tilapia but saw a report on how disgusting the farmed practices are and will not go near it, now. My mother was a big sole fan so we usually had that growing up. And Haddock...
